Returns Policy

Returns Policy offers its customers the facility to return goods and obtain a full Refund or Exchange for an item of the same value. This will be applicable within 7 days of delivery.

In the unlikely event if you find a fault in the item, we will refund in full after inspection of the returned items. If on inspection we cannot find a fault we may return your purchase to you and prior to dispatch, we may charge you the delivery fee applicable to your location.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. will not pay for Custom Charges/Import duty. If there is a charge for us to collect the returns then we will refuse the parcel.(applicable for international orders)




The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Taking care of our goods


Upon receipt of your purchase please take care while trying them on and ensure that you do not damage the items or the packaging, in case you wish to return the item. For return or exchange, it must reach us in perfect condition.


Where you have failed to take the reasonable care of the item, whether in your possession or while returning them, we reserve the right to deduct the refund in full as a compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

Returns & refunds will only be accepted with a receipt, dispatch note or another proof of purchase and clearly stating the reason for the return.
